33bmd Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 33bmd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 33bmd website located at https://33bmd.io, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By accessing the 33bmd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

33bmd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 33bmd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. 33bmd strictly prohibits access to or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 33bmd platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 33bmd, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must provide your real full name, a valid email address, and a phone number that you own and control. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 33bmd platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. 33bmd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 33bmd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered device. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33bmd support immediately via live chat. 33bmd will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your account balance represents funds held on account for the purpose of placing bets and accessing games on the 33bmd platform. Account balances do not accrue interest. 33bmd is not a bank or financial institution, and account balances are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

33bmd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other misconduct. In such cases, 33bmd may withhold funds pending investigation and, if misconduct is confirmed, may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

All deposits and account balances on the 33bmd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33bmd does not impose currency conversion fees on standard BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) are outside the control of 33bmd and are the responsibility of the player.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — UCB mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — via supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 33bmd, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on the 33bmd platform. Depositing funds for the purpose of currency exchange, money laundering, or any activity unrelated to legitimate gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the appropriate authorities.

33bmd reserves the right to request documentation verifying ownership of a payment method before processing a withdrawal linked to that method. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 33bmd account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your registered address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Verification of ownership of the payment method to be used for the withdrawal

Failure to complete the KYC process in a timely manner will result in a delay to your withdrawal request. 33bmd is not liable for delays caused by a player's failure to provide the required documentation.

Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the player's own name. 33bmd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the corresponding wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus conditions remain withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC completion.

33bmd may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry date — will be stated in the promotional materials accompanying each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 33bmd promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period. Incomplete wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Free bets and bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from their use, once wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.
• 33bmd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse.

All bets placed on the 33bmd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the operation of that game or market.

General betting rules applicable to all wagers placed on 33bmd include the following:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where the platform expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• 33bmd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (including pricing errors, technical faults, or manifest mistakes). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, 33bmd's decision shall be final, subject to the platform's internal dispute resolution procedure.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport apply and are displayed within each relevant market. Winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout will not be paid.
• 33bmd reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account, including restricting the maximum stake or the markets available, without giving a reason.

For live cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC international fixtures — in-play odds are subject to suspension during key match events (e.g., wickets, DRS reviews, rain delays). Bets accepted before the suspension of a market remain valid unless explicitly voided under the rules applicable to that market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33bmd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome, or participating in any arrangement to fix a match or event.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using a stolen payment method, or making fraudulent chargeback requests.
• Money laundering: Using the 33bmd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, exploit pricing, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or circumvent platform rules.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate artificial winnings.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any person under the age of 21.

All content on the 33bmd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 33bmd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33bmd platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent from 33bmd.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar automated data extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website or server.

Any unauthorised use of the platform's content or intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages. The 33bmd brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to 33bmd and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bmd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 33bmd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from bets placed during a period when odds were published in error and subsequently voided.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

33bmd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33bmd operates as an English-language platform. These Terms are drafted in English, and the English text shall be the authoritative version for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the binding nature of the English original.
